anybody happen to know the address for MBNA that you sent your utility bill, payslip etc. to when accepted for a card abd what exactly do you need to send, had it somewhere but lost the bloody info. cheers

anybody happen to know the address for MBNA that you sent your utility bill, payslip etc. to when accepted for a card abd what exactly do you need to send,
had it somewhere but lost the bloody info.
