Saw the second show and my suspicions were confirmed, this is not good telly. teevee.org put it better than i ever could:

In short, these are not good people, and we’re given no reason to care about them. This is a problem, because the script spends half its time on these worthless grifters’ personal lives. I don’t give two ****s for any of them, so by extension I also don’t give a damn whether the Brit is schtupping the token female, or whether Smith and his cheating junkie wife work out their differences. I’ll admit that when the explosives expert died at the end of the pilot and the driver was weeping over the body of his fallen friend, I did get a little bit sad. But only because the other characters were still alive.

If it was more about the planning and execution of the crime and less about the people, I'd be more interested in tuning in every week, but as it is, I think I'll pass and concentrate on the 47 other shows vying for my attention.

Ahhhh... i love Smith. Haven't watch episode 3 yet but the first two were top TV. Great cast and acting.. loved the

motorcycle chase scene

in episode 2.

Kinda like 'Thief' but more light-hearted and fun.. but i agree they need to get back into the crime stuff but as revealed at the end of episode 2..

there is another one planned!

I think the main basis for episode 2

was the aftermath of the pilot with regards to losing one of the gang.

And i think Jonny Lee Miller and Simon Baker steal the show from what i've seen so far!

havent watched any episodes of it yet, probably not gonna bother now

Shame... ah well, definitely not my favourite series but i'd imagine that big name cast is a strain on CBS's pockets. The ratings would have to be outstanding to keep it going.

smith is alright its as good as kidnapped i dont want either cancelledalthoyugh i know kidnapped is aready gone hope they resolve it in 13 episodes

For those who are interested, you can watch the remaining 4 un-aired episodes on the official CBS website.

Need to be a US though so start looking for a US proxy!

PS - good idea to put the rest of the episodes up online.. should be done with more cancelled shows whose episodes never seen the light of day.

I heard that they are doing a mini-documentary to explain where the show was going and what they were going to do with it (which is a nice idea). Something similar for Threshold, Surface, Firefly, Wonderfalls etc. would have been nice.
