    Hi Guys, not sure if this is the right forum but im looking for software (preferably freeware or shareware) i can down oad which i can use to zoom in on a film clip and highlight or circle things. Most software i have tried just does video editing such as cutting and adding clips to another clip but i cant find any software that uses zoom in functions or circling (preferably both) on a film clip. can anyone help?
