NTL Box keeps rebooting

    Just got NTL Digital Max in 2 weeks ago. In that time, it has rebooted itself about once a day..is this normal??? PLus it loses all data occasionally and only re-appears by powering it down completely and then back up. :confused:

    Is there by any chance a fix here so I dont have to spend 3 days on the phone waiting for someone from Customer Services to answer the phone???
