Permanency Interview

    Hi,

    I have an interview coming up in work, for a permanent position. I'm on a 1 year contract at the moment.

    I've done lots of interviews for external positions in the past, but never one to stay in the position I'm in.

    Can anyone advise as to what sort of questions I should expect? Also what sort of things to ask at the end?

    (I work in networking for a large financial institution btw)

    I wouldn't sweat it, but I won't be too complacent either.

    Basically they'll probably just go through the motions and ask you very generic HR type questions.
