If you go to Templebar there is a shop accross from Eamon Dorans called Metalmorphises they sell them... or I think urban outfitters sell them too!!

The place accross from Eamonn Doran's is called Ad Hoc, they have a really wide selection of legwarmers, should be something you'll like there.
