American poker sites

Now that I have finally sorted out my computer and Broadband has arrived I was thinking of moving to other websites as well as ppp but due to the recent change in legislation in America is it worth joining the likes of party Poker etc, or should I stick to nearer home like Ladbrokes?

The bigger sites are fine, just be wary of some of the smaller skins, but all the big sites are here to stay and will be trying to attract players away from PPP, Ladbrokes, etc. alot more then they previously were...
