Delivery time has varied a bit for me from just over a week upto nearly four weeks, but as long are you are not in a rush to get the game then you appreaciate it more when it does arrive.

par example: I ordered Just Cause last Monday off them and there's no sign of it yet

Not in any rush for it, but I'm off Friday and Saturday, so it'd be nice if it popped in the letterbox Friday morning

I got Saints Row off them and it took about 10 working days this time.
Worked fine, as you can see from my gamer card
