Went looking for a bed with the GF last weekend.

Fairly hefty for a kingsize and a decent matress, went to Harvey Norman, Harry Corry, Bargain Town, et all. Spend the day driving.

€1300 was the best we could do for a decent frame with herringbone support and proper strong build and matress

    €500 for the frame.
    €800 for the matress.

    So now my question is.

Anyone know of a place that will do it better, or cheaper?

    Emmo

    Hi

Argos in the UK are doing a sale, you can have a look in there and after call the Argos ring and reserve number 01-2161616 and chek the € price, even if they have a price in the Argos.ie website as it doesn't look in a few cases they have the same price as in the shop.

    Regards

Has been a few years but got beds from Gilt off of the Kylmore Road http://www.giltfurnishings.com/ and Diamond Furniture on the Longmile Road (cant seem to find a website for them) Came across this site today http://www.furniture.ie/ which seems to have quite a few companies in it including Gilt so it might be worth a gander.

I can give you contact details for my Dad if you want to, will probably be able to get you a decent price (I can let him know), he works here (don't mind their horrible website). If you are in Duberlin, delivery is not an issue as they have heaps of them all over Dublin daily.

I bought 2 from www.bedworld.ie a couple of mts ago.

Its hard to contact them but I eventually found a phone number

    01 - 4731245 which I rang after I had ordered online.

Its cash on delivery aswell which is always handy.

The double beds including matresses were only 150e each and were delivered

within 2days of me contacting them.
