When you run out of credit and can't Top Up, you can get a €2 Call Credit IOU from Vodafone. So when you get that punctured tyre or absolutely have to respond to that special someone... you can!

To avail of Vodafone IOU simply text IOU to 50223 each time you want it. You'll be charged for the amount of the IOU you use and 15c for the text, the next time you Top Up.
