finding someone in ireland

    does anyone know of any sites on the web where you might be able to find someone. i am trying to trace an old friend who lives in dublin and that is about as much as i know apart from a name of course. thanks.

    You could always check on Friends Reunited, but that will only help if they have also posted there.

    You could post the name and a detail here. Somebody who knows the person might see it.
    give their name, and maybe thier job or last job.
    age etc.

    Depending on their age maybe try search on My Space and Bebo, try putting thier name into www.Bigulo.com

    hmmm btw is there any way to look up someone by just typing in their number??

    Hate seeing a missed call and not knowing who the hell it was....but dont wanna ring in case its someone I dont wanna talk to, heh :o

    My trick when this happens is to call their voicemail, if the have a recorded message chances are they'll give their name! Then just don't leave a message, they'll never know a thinkg ;)

    Indeed! but that only works on mobiles and only 20% of them seem to have voicemail
