    Here's what we're looking for:
    > Excellent customer service skills
    > Strong online MMORG (Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game) gaming experience
    > Written fluency in English, German or French
    > The desire to join a fast paced, exciting & highly dynamic team

    Responsibilities:
    > Provide high quality online support for a leading online game
    > Answer inquiries via in-game tools
    > Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
    > Develop knowledge on common support scenarios

    Salary: €20k to €25k plus benefits

    Location: Swords, Dublin North
