N4 Commuters - Can you give me some advice?

A quick question for you. I don't normally travel on the N4, but I need to get to the Spa Hotel for 7:30pm this evening. What time will I need to leave Christchurch to get there on time? Thanks!

It's been a while since I drove that way at that time, but to be safe leave at least an hour and a half before hand.

You will be bumper to bumper at the Chapelizod bypass, the approach to the M50 and again at the approach to the Newcastle turn off.
