Problem with electric window on Jag XK8

    Howdy all,
One of the lads here in work has a '97 Jaguar XK8.
A few weeks ago the electric window stuck down for a while, but then started working again.
Lately, the window is stuck up and can't be opened.
He brought it to a garage and they had a quick look, but were not able to do anything - they said the switch for the electric window was working and the electric window motor was working, so there must be some problem in between the 2...

Anyhow - anybody got any ideas of what to look for ?

Maybe there is dodgy fuse ?

Has anybody even got an idea where the fuse for the windows electrics is (or is there is one) as my mate had a look at the fuses and couldn't fine one for that ?

    Any advice is appreciated !!!
