Can't make calls with VoipCheap

I've just set up my ATA and have a freespeech.ie account for recieving calls, which is working fine. I had also created a blueface trial account which i also had working fine through the ATA, however i want me outgoing calls to be with voipcheap since their mobile call cost is so good. but when i changed the setting to the relevant voipcheap ones i am unable to make outgoing call.
The phone will dial out and them i get what sounds like a engaged tone.

I've a Linksys WRTP54G router which has two phone lines, I'm using line two for recieving calls and line one for making calls.
