If you can access the server via wired lan, what are your IP settings (ip address, subnet, gateway and dns)

Connect via WiFi and post also those IP settings

Can you ping server's ip address when connected via WiFi?

Perhaps Router is now on a different IP range to your server.

It looks like your sbs server is 192.1.3.99, can you ping this from both wired and wireless ?

DHCP appears to be coming from your router, this should be disabled as the SBS 2003 server would normally be DHCP. It could be that DHCP was set up on the server and that this service has shut down after it detected the router acting as a dhcp server as well (there can only be one on a network).

Also your dns should be the ip of the server for active directory to work, suggest if you can ping the server from wifi, you change the dns away from automatic and have primary dns set to 192.1.3.99, secondary 212.17.32.3.

If you are not familar with SBS it would be best to employ the services of an IT company, there are many who will look after the requirements of small businesses, can recommend some if you like.
