I quite like the Terrace Cafe. I've eaten in there a good few times when I've been singing in the second half of the concert with the RTE Philharmonic.

They have a short menu but everything I've had on it has been excellent. I especially liked their lamb shank with bean cassoulet.

My parents also eat there a fair bit before concerts and they've never had any problems or complaints.
