The 7600GS isn't as good as the 7600GT, don't confuse those two. In fact, a 7300GT, while generally considered "low end" given the typical nvidia model numbering, is actually similar to a 7600GS.

I would go for a 7600Gt if you want to stay with Nvidia. No real reason to go for the 7600GS, unless you're looking for a card that's similar to your 6600gt - the 7600Gt would be a nice jump up though with hugely noticable performance increase.

This would also be a fairly good option, and is under 150 euro.
