Sky "Pace" Minibox

    Folks,
    My neighbour has brought back the following Pace minibox and it was working in the UK but will not work here in Ireland.
    The model No is BSkyB 1000, Part Code 540-2302500, Dish Input 13/18v dc 300 mA max.
    With his english card in the Irish box he can receive all the FTA channels except channel 4.
    Any Ideas?

    Well, assuming the dish etc is working fine, then there must be a fault with the minibox. I haven't much information to work on.

    With regards his English card in the Irish box, just leave the card in the box for 24 hours or so, and Channel4 should then work.

    Yes the dish etc is fine but did'nt try the 24 hours procedure. Will be contacting the neighbour about that. Once again thanks and will get back to you if it is a success.
