    Largest..for "non-military" purposes. Clearly, certain military types have bigger ones. I wonder if I joined the FCA could I get my hands on one?

    it says the individual lens elements cost the same as a family car... hence 12 or so elements add up to well over six figures. ouch.

    Was up close to this monster over the weekend at Photokina and it's a lot bigger than in the online pics hmmmm see that lcd screen on the back it's about 7"x6" wide and thats a medium format 645 cam on the back.

    Feckin huge Would of loved to stick it on my SLR and go planet spotting.

    Who knows what the American military have in side their spy satellites.. i remember reading that one of the latest ones has a mirror larger than that inside the Hubble, and with a res down to 15 cm.... well they've certainly got the money to build it..
