Late bus to dongeal?

    im going to eindhoven on the 1st to 3rd of november. we wont be back in ireland till 7.30pm on that friday night. i have work around 12 or later if i wish. does anyone know of any buses going up to donegal around that time?

    Last bus to Donegal Town goes at 6pm, don't know about buses to Letterkenny or Derry (sometimes closer to e.g. Inishowen).

    I don't think the Bus Éireann buses run that late. Perhaps some of the private buses like John McGinley's do, but I wouldn't bet on it.

    There are late buses from Dublin via Dublin Airport to Derry at 19.45, 21.45, 23.00. (20.05, 22.05, 23.20 from Airport)

    Currently there is a Friday/Sunday only 20.15 to Letterkenny via Ashbourne that connects from the Derry service (20.05 from Dublin Airport).

    The Letterkenny timetable is due to be changed shortly (sometime in October) with direct late services via Dublin Airport.


    There are no late services to Donegal town except for 20.30 and 21.00 departures from Dublin on Sundays only.
