What happened to NYPD Blue last Thurs night?

Anyone know what happened to NYPD Blue last night on RTE1?

It should have been on at 23:45 (according to Digiguide) but either its time was changed or it was not shown at all. Either way, my DVD recorder missed it.

Why is it beyond the wits of the nice people in Montrose to have the same show on at the same time every week, and at the time advertised?

I'm no great fan of the myriad of satellite/Sky TV channels, but at least all the programs start on the hour/half hour, exactly as specified, and there are no live shows like sports, news, current affairs that are allowed to run over and screw up the schedules (especially if, like me, you watch very little live, but use your DVD/HD recorder to "time-shift").

    It was 15-20mns late.

RTE scheduling is guesswork most of the time but late night is almost guarranteed to be wrong.

Oireachtas report is never a set length, depending on how much broadcastable material they can get out of the gobsh*tes at Leinster House it can be anything from 10-40mns long.

With Sky+ the only way to ensure a whole programme is recorded is to set the programmes before and after as well.
