    I have an AMD Sempron 3000+ with the clock speed at 2ghz i have a new Akasa Evo 33 heatsink as well.
    Average cpu temp is 31oc and average system temp is 35oc.
    I am new to overclocking whats a good clock speed to set this pc at?

    This pc is being used as a Gaming Rig/Multimedia Pc.Its very slow and im getting a 400GB Sata 2 HDD Soon!:)
