Hi,just want to know about the oil for the airfilters.
Do you need to use the right oil or are there a alternitive oil that I can use.

I use after run oil.

I use after run oil too.
Fishing reel oil would probably be a bit better, but it costs the earth for a tiny tube, and I have found the after run oil works fine.

I got caught out once and used 3in1 oil for a few minutes.. Kept the inner of the filter clean as well

I heard the petrol one too Cian. Never tried it tho.

I would say petrol is ok for cleaning the filter but i would not use it to oil them

Almost 1 year on and not even a gallon through my buggy :eek:
I'll fix her up right someday when I get money, then try the petrol method!

I dont use airfilter oil anymore due to lazyness. Did you get banned flunked, tell the truth? Or they will be no santa!

Ah I use oil the whole time. I find it much better.

Someone said Baby Oil was good but I wasn't quite sure what the meant....
