did every1 get there bonus i never got my rake back and the only decided to send me $70 dollers i kno its only $5 but surely this is a principal thing..
think ill just withdraw this and remove the software

Mick, why don't you just contact them and discuss it? I'm still waiting on a few quid which I'm pretty sure will turn up. And be nice to them! I'm sure after the few weeks they've had that they have a lot on their plate.

i did e-mail them doc,, im still really pi22ed at there timming of closing down in the 1st place but

the timing was unfortunate but they seem to have been as forthright as possible about their problems.

i've had great customer service from them in the past so I'll hang on for a few more weeks and let them find their feet. I think that personally I can make the kind of profits I need to make to keep playing poker by working with them so I'll take a slowly slowly catchee monkey approach.

I'll let you know how I get on if you want. I've been dying to use that phrase above btw!

no i know both phrases but people say adam and belive intentionally wrong, and i was wonderign was softly softly... the same

anyway, I got a couple of emails from Paul Barnes and they are having a paperwork blizzard getting things started again but he says all bonuses and rakeback agreements will be honoured.

so, softly, softly, catchee monkey!
