I am sending off a few cv's, one job which i am applying for is asking:

Why would you like to work in Recruitment?

Can anyone give me a hand with a few things to say, I am really cr@p at these kind of things and I would really like to get to the interview stage with this. Thank guys....

You may want to consider whether 'recruitment' is the area for you, based on your question.

maybe an answer along the lines of:

really enjoyed studying HRM in college, but particularly interested in Recruitment as it allows me to use my sales skills as well.

... they probably won't pay much attention to your answer to the question tbh.

Answer honestly. Why do you want to work in recruiting?

Say you would get a sense of fulfilment(SP?) helping people to find their perfect job. then smile and do the gun point thing at the interviewer.
