    Sup.

Ok Im on a macbook with ripwave broadband.

Id like to play some kik-ass online multiplayer games, probably a first person shooter.

Firstly can anyone tell me any good games available as Universal Binarys, which I can play online.

Secondly, Im pretty sure my broadband wont be fast enough for the job. If I eventually consider a different broadband package, what should I look for [for playing games] aside from download speed? Is there something like a ping or delay time?

Thanks very much anyone who can point me in the right direction here...

There are tons of great games that were released for mac, but UB ones, not too sure.

I think the original release of Quake III ran on both types, but again not too sure.

Is it totally necessary that its a ub?

A good one is Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Its not ub but it's free and there are seperate windows and mac installation files. Great online fps fun. Good one to start with, given that it doesn't cost anything.

    Tremulous -- the QIII-engined humans-vs-aliens FPS.

Other than that, I really only use my Mac for emulators.

Great game. Only played it for the first time myself a few weeks ago, had never heard of it before then...
