BJJ classes in limerick

    Hi guys,

    If anyone is looking for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in the Limerick area I am going to be starting classes in UL starting 4th of October.

    I am a purple belt under Rodrigo Medeiros and will cover gi and no-gi in the classes. For more information email me fquinlan75@hotmail.com.

    Thanks guys,

    Classes are gonna be Monday and Wednesday, basically I'm taking over the judo clubs time slots. I dont have the exact times yet but I'll post them when I find out.

    :DHey guys.

    Just got confirmation that the BJJ classes in UL will be starting next Monday at 9.00pm in the gym of the Old Sports building (PESS). Please come a little bit early as all members will have to sign up on the first night.

    Unfortunately there will be no training on Wednesday nights for the time being due to time and space restrictions but we will be working on getting a time slot on that night as soon as we can.

    So looking forward to this Fergal- You should have done it years ago.:D
