Niall will be taking the Tuesday class, Paul Mitchell will be taking the Wednesday class, first class tonight!. The Wednesday class will cover most aspects of the Practical Tai Chi Chuan syllabus including push hands, self defence techniques, wrestling and forms. In addition to this, we will also be doing some Shuai Jiao, or chinese jacket wrestling. Paul is a gold medal winner at world and european level in these disciplines and knows hist stuff.

For those who haven't seen Tai Chi applied as a martial art in all its glory, drop in and check it out, first class is free. And IMHO, the wrestling particularly is great fun. We train in track suit bottoms, T-shirts and sneakers, and are pretty informal.

    See you there,

    Shane

Number 11 bus will get you to either the Renelagh or Drumcondra class from town. For the Renelagh class the school gym we train in, RMDS, is also just a couple of yards from the class. PM me if you need any more details.
