Mobiles/PDAs. All of the networks all you to top up online afaik from their websites, probably need a credit card or laser. I don't think you can from banking365.

Yes. u register on the BOI atm itself. Click on further options on the atm and its straight forward to register your mobile number

You can do it from an ATM, though.
