I done some work for a company as a contractor without going through a agency, which meant that i only got paid when they approved my timesheet, so in Aug i had my timesheet signed and approved by them but now they are dawdling with payment (i.e not answering emails or calls and basically just coming up with excuses ) does anybody know how i can get them to hurry up and pay pherhaps.

In my experience, getting a phonecall from One's solicitor usually speeds things up :p but thats only a suggestion.

How long have they been out of contact with you?

    I have reported this thread.
Thanks, but I'd be inclined to leave this sort of minor incidental thread open. Not too much can go bad out of it.

I'm looking to the admins to help out with changing some of the rules surrounding the forum (i.e. to make it ok to look for advice etc). Just because I think that I've had to over-moderate this forum in the past, perhaps somewhat unnecessarily.
