Software problem... Please help!!!!

    Hi,

    I'm a regular poster in the Poker forum but this is my first time posting in this forum.

    I have a JVC GR-DV500U digital camcorder. My laptop was stolen which had the software stored on it for the camera. I've replaced the laptop but don't have the software disc for downloading from the camera to my computer. I've spent hours online trying to find the software to download but can't find it anywhere.

    Could anyone here please tell me where I would find this software to download. Any help much appreciated.

    They say your camera may not be listed, but you should search by sofware name.........
