Log ins?

Hi, quick question, what are the log ins for second year?


Just say my one last year was mName-ca1 and im doing Information systems, what would it be?

Your username is always the same, so if your name is paddy murphy it would always be murphp23 or some other number for each year of their course.

Edit: Is this for the regular network or the computing building?

to stop every student being able to log in they give students in the computer faculty and eengineering and humanities faculties a second user name.

my "computing" username is now the same as my CSD username, i'm logged in right now.
It's still in a different LDAP tree, so non-CA people still can't log into the CA computers

I think. I reckon they just havent got around to setting up the cais2/case2 usernames yet. Happened last year as well. I remember having to use caguest for the first few days

Its same username and pass as for rest of PC's in the school

Was in the labs today (registering + new student card) and the computers accepted my login from last year as long as i just logged into the pc and not the network. Granted i have exactly the same details owing to me repeating second year.
