Im traveling from Dub to the US (with an interal hop in the US) and I was just wondering if anyone knows what the current restrictions on hand luggage are? Mainly I just want to bring a laptop and a Nintendo DS.

Im looking at www.tsa.gov ATM and generally there dosnt seem to be many restrictions beyond liquids/gels.

To be honest the best option is to call the airline before you head to the airport. It seems that the restrictions are changing on a weekly (if not daily) basis, and also seem to vary between airlines and airports.

AFAIK Laptops and MP3 players etc are okay, but possibly some airlines are restricting laptops too thanks to self-combusting batteries!

Laptops and Nintendos are fine. My wife and I have brought our laptops as carry-on on several US flights since this whole crap started.
