Those who push for a refund (by asking for it at least twice) will get a refund.

Paddy Power will put on a freeroll to compensate all the people who missed out like this. There will be over $100 in the prize pool and best of all, it will be absolutely FREE to enter!

Wrong, Paddy Power, will offer a part refund, worth about half of the entry fee, and thats only if you pressure them. Sure its nobody's fault. Anyway, who needs refunds when you have paddypoints and great freerolls.

Anything less than getting a full refund without even asking for it it out of order IMO.

This reminds me of the time tribecca crashed while i was playing in a 100 rebuy wsop sat. I was in for 100 + 1 rebuy. It crashed just after the break but not in every country. PPP didn't even offer me a refund. I emailed them a few times and eventually they said they would give me my buyin back minus the reg fee. Also told me I had no chance of getting my rebuy back and basically said I should be happy to get anything back, as most other sites wouldn't refund a penny. Problem is most others sites are more reliable than tribecca.

    :D

Yeah, there were a few "special" freerolls ran tonight. A $200 freeroll with 20point entry, $300 with 30 point entry and a $400 with a 40 point entry. All with 1000 runners...really compensated those who got shafted earlier on when Tribeca went arse up.

Why do people bother playing on their site at all if that is their attitude?
Cardshark i hope you never gave them your business again after been treated like that.

Any time I've had any issues such as this in tourney's on Stars, UB and PokerRoom I was given a full refund. It did take an e-mail to support but they refunded the money without any hassle...

whoever missed out on entry fee, should all be invited to a special freeroll and no action points and for the registered players only. Makes sense though that...

Yeah I never said most sites wouldn't refund any, thats just what PPP tried to tell me.

Cardshark, why would you expect to get both your initial buy-in AND your rebuy back?
I'd have thought you only purchased a rebuy because you lost all your chips, so why should these be refunded ?
