Broadband Questions And Stuff

So I am seriously thinking of getting a 360 but have a few questions about using Live and stuff. I have broadband [2meg with BT] normal router (not wireless).

Anyway, my question is how can you play Live with it? Do you have to physically move your Xbox into the same room as computer, and plug it in that way? Or is there a smarter way of doing it?

Also quick question about moving content from PC to Xbox. I have Windows XP Pro, is it easy? Or do you have to have a media centre PC?

Any help would be greatly appreciated... Cheers

Your broadband is fine, if its not wireless you'll have to put the xbox in the same rome as the router! Content streaming is easy, you'll be able to do photo's and music, but no video's im afriad, unless u got a media centre pc!

Thats cool... If you get wireless then what? Do you need an add on or something? [off hand does anybosy know if you can buy a wireless router off a third party without going through your isp?] And can you hook an XBox up to a computer monitor?? Its just that my PC is in a room with no TV (& no space for one either...)

Yeah you can with a vga cable! You can also use any router you like, it doesn't matter. If you want to go wireless you need a wireless adaptor for your 360, they cost about €100 although if you search ebay u might get one cheaper, I got one for €60.

Thats a bit pricey isn't it? You think that Microsoft have enough money at this stage...
