What do you mean by "delete the sim"?

Have you forgotten your sim pin number? Or do you want to unlock your phone?

hi,im trying to delet my numbers as im selling the phone and it requires a pin code, and all the packaging and stuff off the phone is long gone

It should let you delete them one by one. If you want the pin code you'll have to go back to the provider.

Its the security code it is looking for, default is 12345

triona1 I think you need the security code, the default code is 12345.

Your not selling your sim card with it are ya?...Thats your phone number.... just delete the phone memory..keep the sim.. dont forget to delete all your messages as well. and you could then do a factory reset.

as johhnie M says, don't give the sim card with it. just wanted to reiterate it in case you didn't read his post. your sim card holds your phone number and if you give it away the other person will have your number. you should be able to delete all the phone numbers from the phone memory but copy them all to the sim first. there's an option to do it in the phonebook
