Just asking as I want to know what your experience was like and whether you would ever do it again?

Personally, I did work there and certainly would never do it again.

6am - Get bus to KClub

    8am - Arrive Kclub

    10am - Start work

    8.30pm - Finish work

Did you notice that there were no mention of breaks - why?- because there were none. Oh yeah, I catually got offered a piece of bacon which had been sitting on a plate for 3 hours at about 6.30pm. People were treated like dirt there.

I earned about 200 euro in tips up to saturday night and was then moved to another area on Sunday. Tips from the first area I was in were to be shared out on Sunday night but as I was not allocated to that area I was not alowed in to claim the tips that I had earned. Have left messages with HR but they wont respond - so looks like I've lost all that?

The jobs were well advertised, interviews were very professional but it was not the experience I was expecting - it was absolutely awful!!

Some of the workers were clever though - they would clock in, in the morning - watch the golf for the day and then clock out in the evening!! Wish I'd thought of that!! Just wondering what your thoughts were?

I presume it was MasterChef or Fitzer's.

I used to work at race days for MasterChef and it did take me a couple of goes to get it right. You have to fight for your breaks, fight for your tips etc. If you were to do 2 or 3 more gigs then you'd discover what to do in order to get into the good spots.

Its all a matter of learning from experience, but I used to work the bars and loved doing it so I'd a good time most of the time :D
