Sticky at the top of this forum has BBC and ITV frequencies.

There are no other channels to tune on Sky Digibox apart from BBC, ITV and maybe one or two Instore Radio stations. You need a different system to pickup free Foriegn TV. There are no free "adult" channels on Sky as such.

Under 200 Euro will get you an 80cm dish FTA (free to air) system for non-sky. Add 100 for a motor to get all the possible satellites (over twenty) instead of one and/or 50 to 100 Euro extra for a Pay TV slot on receiver intstead (works for FTA), then OTHER foriegn subscriptions required.

Technically Sky is a Foriegn service. Lyngsat listing here:
    http://www.lyngsat.com/28east.html
This in reality has NOTHING not either in the Sticky Link above or already on a Sky Digibox.

    This is Satellites over Europe:
    http://www.lyngsat.com/europe.html
    And Atlantic:
    http://www.lyngsat.com/atlantic.html

The dish has to be physically moved (not trivial) to get a different satellite (roughly every 3 degrees)
The limit here is about 45E and 50W.
Some satellites between 42E and 50W can't be received in Ireland (4W, 7W, ) because the beam points the wrong way.
Others need a tracking dish as they are "Inclined" 37.5W, 31.5E and 3E. If you manage to receive these with a normal dish you will only get signal for a short while twice a day.
Others we are on the edge for some beams or out of range 5E, 1W
