creative zen micro photo - cannee get it working!

    flatmate just got a creative zen micro photo.

    poped in the instalation disc, hooked up the player, ran the instilation, and i'm getting this nonsence.

    what does this mean?



    can someone tell me how i get the software working on the laptop.

    Something simple, but maybe try running installation before hooking up the player?

    hmm, will try that, but dont you usualy have to have the player hooked up while instaling, well with itunes anyway.

    It means you probably have the software 'Quicktime' installed, which connflicts with the Windows Demoshield application.
    You need to either uninstall Quicktime or upgrade it to the latest version.

    if your running xp, it should just drag and drop. mine does
