    All of the national BBC Radio stations
    BBC Essex
    BBC Kent
    BBC London
    Capital Fm
    Magic 105.4
    Heart 106.2
    Virgin Radio 105.8
    LBC Fm ...Etc

    (can never get a good signal of 5 Live on MW)
    Occasionally I pick up some wierd station called MCR or something, which I believe to be a community radio station of some sort.

    Then about 500+ radio stations on satellite :)

    Ah yes, it could be alright. I haven't tuned it in for around 2 weeks now. IIRC it was up in the 1xx.x MHz region. Can pick it up in the car in parts of Letterkenny in the car.

    BBC Radio 1, 2, 3, 4, 5Live
    Dublin's FM104
    Dublin's 98FM
    Dundalk FM100
    LMFM
    Newstalk
    RTÉ Radio One
    RTÉ 2fm
    RTÉ RnaG
    RTÉ Lyric fm
    Today FM

    and we get BBC Radio 1 - 4, Classic FM and the BBC World Service on Chorus Digital, and of course several thousand radio stations over the broadband.
