    Hi Folks,
I did a photoshot for a local band here in Antrim recently.
It's my first ever photoshoot (band or otherwise), and I'd just like some feedback please.

You can find the image here: (needs flash)
    http://www.stephenlynn.co.uk/redsirusshoot/

Some of the images appear to be the same, but there are some slight colours differences/black and whites, please just look more at the composition etc.
There are 40 images, but some are set in completely different locations, so look at them all please.
    Again, first time, be nice!

    Cheers,
    Steve.

I will take a better look in detail of them all later but the ones that caught my eye and that I thought worked well would be pics 25-30 with the water in the background. Nice set of shots, well done.

The ones which work best for me are the ones where all the band members are sharp.

In saying that, the shots of the individuals, with the rest of the group blurred in the background are quiet effective too.

    Really nice gallery also.

as with me, the ones where some band members are really out of focus aren't really all that practical for the band to use. Some of the shots have pretty uneven lighting with some members being really dark and others really well exposed.

overall, a great set of atmospheric band portraits though

I'm going to echo what the others have said, I think the best ones are where all the band members are in focus.

I liked the shots of the group with the water in the background too, as Ruu mentioned. But my favourite shot was the one with the archway in the background (even though it looked photoshopped), I think that could be worth trying again. Also I think the guy in the shirt + tie looked best when wearing the glasses and not smiling.
