Removing IM-Names crap

how in blazes do you get this off a laptop? Windows messenger got infected with it and i removed from the add remove programs but theres still folders and all that showing up in progam files folder ....adware and spybot scans are coming up clean and avg is not finding anything either..not that i expected it would.... any…

Try looking here. You probably have to remove it manually.
