    Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a good remote control for my PC? I want it for accessing and navigating my music and DVD libraries on the PC.

I’ve had a look at a couple but its difficult to see how they are to live with, is it possible to power up/down the PC, launch say media player and then go to the music/ DVD folders without having to check the monitor? Along with the all the usual remote functions, volume up/down, track/scene skip etc.

Anyone got one that they’re happy with?

    Thanks.:D

bought this one 2 years ago and has suited me fine up until now -> http://www.streamzap.com/ . Admitedly I haven't tried it's programable features, all I wanted really was a remote for volume control, pausing, rewind/forward etc. Normally start the dvd or playlist from the keyboard, and use it afterwards. Had no problems with it so far.

If ur running XP MCE then get the MCE remote.... does everything u want. Will power on and off(standby) and do all the other bits n pieces and it'll work with ur tv too(power, volume n channels) Nice solid remote..
