    Is it okay to keep a Laptop pluged in, even when not in use?

    Its safe yes but its always nice to give them a break from being plugged in and perhaps give it a run on battery?

    It's safe, but you will kill your battery. Take out the battery when the laptop is plugged into the mains.

    As the guys have pointed out, best to take out the battery. They only have a certain amount of charging cycles until they will start to deplete and when you go to try and use it, the battery won't be able to hold a charge.
