You probably need more RAM installed or visit www.filehippo.com and download and install crap cleaner, give it a run to free up some space on your computer.
You could also increase your page file size, which is the temporary memory your computer uses...

    To increase page file
Right click on My Computer - > Select "Properties"
-Click on the "Advanced" Tab in popup box
-Theres a box labelled "Performance" click on settings
-In the next box that opens click on "Advanced" again
-Down at the bottom is "Virtual Memory" Click on "Change"
-Select the "Custom Size" box and enter a value that is 1.5 times the amount of ram in the laptop currently (ie.1.5x512=768)
-Enter this value in both boxes (ie.Max & Min)
    -Click ok
    -Click ok
    -Restart your machine when prompted.
    Eh Voila

Give us some system details (amount of RAM, CPU, etc) if you can, the above should do the trick though.
