    Hi,

I'm just after getting into the whole antiques thing and its a thing i could become addicted to in my spare time!

I picked up 2 platters with a brown pattern (willow?) over 100 yrs old for €14, a ceramic hot water bottle for €26, an old underwood typewriter for €16 and 2 Edwardian arm chairs for €4.

How does someone find out about these auctions ( i knew about this one as it was a neighbour)?

there are a group that tour a few hotels. One of the hotels they go to is on the Rock Road. Had a wonderful day there. Ask at the coin guy in blackrock market. Hes good for that kinda stuff
