i'm looking for a rhythm guitarist for a band on behalf of my boss...

the guys in it are a bit older than you (kinda 30's, 40's!) but they are REALLY dedicated and are looking for someone very talented.

You would be paid a salary to play with them (but they don't want the money to be your only interest point) and would need to be available for roughly 80 practice sessions per year (possibly out in Blackrock) and about 12 big gigs throughout the year. The band also play abroad from time to time.
