Transfer ownership on RF 100

I imported a car from the UK in April. I payed the VRT and Registered it. However as I never taxed it (I couldn't sell my own car) I never received a Vehicle Licencing Certificate. I still only have the RF 100 (in my name) I sold the car yesterday. How do I go about transfering ownership into the new owners name with teh…
