    If tomorrow you were transported to a utopia, a land free of crime, violence, hatred, war etc. would you change the way you train?

    That part of training in our dojang which is the Olympic TKD sport, I would not change. But in the "Best of all possible worlds" the current emphasis on SD techniques would obviously change.

    on a more serious note, no i wouldn't change, i train the way i do because i enjoy it

    I'd have to know the quantities of nubile females and/or orgies in utopia before deciding. I may not have time to train.

    Dude, if the numbers were high enough i would still recommend some wrestling hip drills and some cardio......bound to be advantageous.

    Ah but why would you drill when you could get the ultimate in alive training- real time practice. As for cardio, I'd hope the constant...eh... sparring would take care of that.
